  • Ensure content is on-brand and visually compelling
  • Monitor and forward messages from the Archtober email inbox

Social Media & Partner Promotion

  • Identify events and materials for promotion across Archtober’s social channels
  • Coordinate with partner organizations to gather assets, ensuring proper credits
  • Write engaging posts, edit photography/assets, and schedule content using Sprout Social
  • Organize and manage day-long Instagram takeovers with partners

Program & Administrative Support

  • Assist with the logistics and administration of daytime events and programs

Who We’re Looking For

  • Associate’s degree or higher, current student, or equivalent work experience
  • 1–2 years in a digital, creative, marketing, or event coordination role
  • Experience with Webflow or other no-code and CMS platforms
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook), Adobe Creative Suite, and (ideally) Salesforce
  • Strong writing, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Interest in architecture, design, and community engagement is a big plus
  • Team player who’s upbeat, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Based in NYC (role requires 1–2 days/week onsite at our Greenwich Village center)

What We Offer

  • $25.00 per hour
  • Hybrid schedule; up to 25 hours per week, September 2–October 31, 2025
  • Work at the intersection of creative content, the built environment, and community events
  • Be a part of a welcoming, collaborative team supporting creative professionals and organizations in NYC
