Join the Center for Architecture as the Archtober Coordinator to lead engaging creative initiatives within the architecture and design community. This remote creative job involves managing content and programming for Archtober, enhancing our outreach and presence in the built environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Management:
- Upload and update event information on the Archtober website using Webflow.
- Craft Archtober-branded content while adhering to the established content framework.
- Collect and upload images and text for website content.
- Manage the Archtober email inbox, forwarding communications as required.
- Social Media Promotion:
- Identify and retrieve materials for partnership events to promote through Archtober's social channels.
- Write engaging posts and edit photography/assets from partners for social media.
- Utilize Sprout Social for scheduling and managing content.
- Organize Instagram takeovers with partner organizations, curating content from multiple sources.
- Program Administration:
- Provide administrative support for daytime programs and team initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or higher, current student, or equivalent experience in a creative field related to architecture and design.
- 1-2 years of relevant creative or marketing experience.
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to collaborate in a small team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook.
- Familiarity with backend CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow.
- Experience with Adobe products is a plus.
- Knowledge of fundraising software like Salesforce preferred but not necessary.
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
- Upbeat, outgoing, and motivated self-starter.
