Design is essential to telling our story—and we're searching for a creative powerhouse to drive our brand and digital presence forward.

This full-time, hybrid role is ideal for someone who combines exceptional brand design expertise with hands-on Webflow and no-code skills. You'll create compelling web experiences and brand assets across digital and print, collaborating closely with our teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

​

Website Design & No-Code Development

• Lead entire website projects—from concept, wireframing (Figma), to responsive Webflow development and launch.
• Build custom Webflow components, interactions, and animations; use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as needed.
• Ensure every page is optimized for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop conversion-driven landing pages, campaign sites, and integrations (Hubspot, Zapier, and more).

Brand & Visual Design

• Take ownership of Lawtrades’ visual identity, expanding brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across all channels.
• Design diverse assets: social graphics, pitch decks, infographics, merchandise, event materials, and more.
• Support product launches with custom motion designs, animated demos, and user walkthrough videos.
• Guide and approve content with our social media team; work with sales on client-facing materials.

Requirements

• Webflow expertise: Proven hands-on experience designing and developing responsive sites in Webflow (1+ year; portfolio required).
• Front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) welcome in lieu of Webflow experience.
• Ability to manage projects independently from concept to QA.
• Figma: Skilled in crafting high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes.
• Adobe Illustrator & InDesign: Able to prep digital and print-ready assets.
• Motion design: Experience with animation and demo/video tools (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, etc).
• Comfortable working across both digital and print design.
• Strong sense of typography, color, layout, and design principles.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving workplace.

• Experience using generative AI in design workflows
• Hubspot or social media content management experience
