About the Role

​

We’re seeking a hands-on Digital Designer focused on emails and landing pages who thrives across the full design process—from concept to build. You’ll breathe life into Cleo’s bold brand, crafting high-impact digital campaigns, emails, and landing experiences for our growth and lifecycle teams. This role combines strategic vision with deep expertise in design systems, no-code tools like Webflow, and a keen attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

​

• Design and develop visually compelling emails, landing pages, microsites, and digital experiences from initial concept to final handoff, always upholding creative quality and performance.
• Champion creative direction and strategy for briefs—turning a blank canvas into standout, brand-forward assets that drive engagement and conversion.
• Create modular, scalable design systems for CRM and web that enable rapid iteration and seamless execution across touchpoints.
• Build and test landing pages using Webflow, Framer, HubSpot, or custom code. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, responsive design, and browser compatibility is essential.
• Leverage user data and analytics to iterate on layout, UX, and conversions, keeping the customer journey at the heart of everything you design.
• Collaborate closely with developers, copywriters, and brand designers to deliver cohesive digital experiences, while leading the visual execution of your projects.
• Support a variety of digital and brand initiatives as needed, with email and landing pages as your main focus.
• Manage your timelines and workload with autonomy in a high-performing, creative team.

What We’re Looking For

​

• 3–5 years of end-to-end digital design experience, with a strong portfolio of web and email design—ideally in fast-moving tech or consumer environments.
• Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and component library management, plus working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience building and iterating sites or pages using Webflow, Framer, or similar no-code tools—JavaScript or headless CMS a plus.
• Understanding of email marketing best practices and familiarity with platforms like Customer.io, Beefree, or similar.
• Strong foundation in UX/UI, performance funnels, responsive mobile-first design, and accessibility.
• A holistic, brand-first approach to performance creative—balancing stunning visuals with clear messaging and effective user flows.
• Collaborative spirit with the confidence to articulate and defend your design decisions.
• Bonus: Experience with animation, CMS integrations, or CRO tools like Hotjar, VWO, or Optimizely.

Compensation

​

• United States: $84,000 – $103,000 gross annually
• For other locations, compensation will be discussed individually, based on qualifications and experience
