This remote creative position focuses on producing engaging content that builds community and drives brand growth through innovative video and social media strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft content that resonates with our audience across various platforms, including Webflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, produce, and publish compelling content for social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
• Collaborate with the Social Coordinator to effectively plan, schedule, and coordinate marketing campaigns and evergreen content.
• Work closely with designers, video producers, and copywriters to create captivating visuals and multimedia assets.
• Manage the entire content production process from ideation to delivery of polished outputs.
• Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize strategies based on insights.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and web publishing to innovate content strategies.
• Ensure all produced content aligns with our brand guidelines, tone of voice, and accessibility standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Content Producer, Social Media Manager, or a related role within the no-code or creative industries.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful work across multiple platforms.
• Proficient in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects). 
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, especially WordPress and Webflow.
• Understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) to guide content strategy.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with short-form video production (Reels, TikTok) and knowledge of current social media video trends.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices for web content.
