As our Demand Generation Manager, you’ll take ownership of creative, data-driven campaigns that drive pipeline growth, boost acquisition, and build our brand as a leader in modern endpoint protection.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and launch multi-channel demand generation campaigns, focusing on paid acquisition (Google Ads, LinkedIn) and no-code workflows.
- Optimization & Testing: Continuously improve campaign performance through A/B testing, creative optimization, and targeting to maximize ROI.
- Performance Reporting: Analyze campaign effectiveness, from pipeline growth to conversion, using tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio. Build dashboards and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure messaging, Webflow landing pages, and go-to-market strategies align.
- Creative Development: Partner with content and design professionals to craft compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages using Webflow and no-code tools.
- Growth Experimentation: Pilot innovative tactics, channels, and tools to scale our demand generation initiatives and support our position in the creative tech space.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in demand generation, performance, or growth marketing, preferably in high-growth, remote creative jobs or startups
- Expertise managing paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), with a track record of optimizing for CPA, CAC, and ROI
- Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Clay) and data analysis tools
- Comfortable independently managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience building dashboards and models for campaign attribution
- Nice to have: Experience supporting sales development or revenue operations teams
- Bonus: Familiarity with Webflow for creating and optimizing landing pages, conversion rate optimization (CRO), workflow automation, SEO, and content marketing
