What You'll Do

​

• Design and build high-converting emails, landing pages, campaign microsites, and digital brand experiences using Webflow and leading no-code tools.
• Champion end-to-end creative: from concept and layout to hands-on execution and final delivery.
• Own the visual identity across email and web campaigns; craft brand-aligned, bold designs that drive marketing results.
• Develop and refine scalable, modular design systems for CRM and digital assets.
• Leverage user data and marketing insights to optimize layouts, UX, and visual hierarchy for engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate closely with developers, marketers, copywriters, and brand designers to deliver cohesive remote creative projects.
• Contribute to the creative studio on various digital and brand initiatives, while email/landing-page design remains your top focus.
• Manage timelines, prioritize workload, and proactively support a high-performing, ambitious creative team.

What We’re Looking For

​

• 3–5 years of hands-on design experience across email and web, preferably in a fast-paced tech or consumer brand environment.
• A portfolio that demonstrates visual creativity and strategic impact on email, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
• Advanced skills in Figma for layout, prototyping, and component creation. Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS (especially for email best practices), responsive web, and browser compatibility.
• Real-world experience using Webflow, Framer, HubSpot, or similar no-code page builders. JavaScript or CMS knowledge is a bonus.
• Familiarity with email platforms (Customer.io, Beefree, etc.) and a strong command of UX/UI, mobile-first design, accessibility, and CRO techniques.
• Team player who collaborates with copywriters and marketers and thrives on holistic storytelling—not just visuals.
• Fast, thoughtful, and confident—ready to own and defend your design decisions.
• Bonus: animation skills, CMS integrations, or CRO experience with Hotjar, VWO, Optimizely, etc.

• US: $84,000–$103,000 base, DOE
• Other locations: Discussed individually during the process; final comp based on experience and skills
