Your expertise in marketing automation and data analysis will deliver measurable results and foster lasting customer relationships.
What You'll Do:
- Email Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute performance-driven email campaigns to maximize engagement using platforms like ActiveCampaign and DealerSocket.
- Create advanced automation workflows that include welcome series and customer lifecycle campaigns.
- Implement segmentation strategies based on customer behavior for personalized experiences.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Write engaging product descriptions and compelling email copy using AI-powered tools (e.g., Jasper, Copy.AI).
- Maintain and update show information for RV events, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
- Develop content for seasonal campaigns that align with industry trends.
- Web Development & Technical Innovation:
- Utilize no-code platforms like Webflow and Squarespace for front-end web development tasks.
- Customize email templates using HTML/CSS for optimal rendering.
- Ensure proper tracking implementation for comprehensive performance measurement.
- Data Analysis & Performance Optimization:
- Track key performance metrics to refine marketing strategies continuously.
- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to enhance the customer journey.
- Produce reports on email marketing effectiveness and customer retention.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in email marketing and marketing automation, preferably in the automotive or high-consideration purchase sector.
- Strong expertise in ActiveCampaign and CRM systems (DealerSocket preferred).
- Proven ability to write conversion-focused copy and manage complex automation workflows.
- Technical proficiency in no-code development, HTML/CSS, and marketing analytics.
- Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and data-driven strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Certifications in ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or Google Analytics.
- Experience in RV or automotive industries and knowledge of seasonal marketing strategies.
