About the Role
As the Email Marketing & Content Specialist, you’ll drive the strategy, execution, and optimization of email and content campaigns for our brands (lamesarv.com and rvshowusa.com). You’ll blend copywriting skills, marketing automation expertise, and no-code web development—helping us connect with RV enthusiasts, generate sales, and shape the future of recreational vehicle marketing.
What You’ll Do
Own the development and delivery of email marketing campaigns using ActiveCampaign and DealerSocket CRM
Plan and build automated workflows—abandoned cart, welcome series, lifecycle campaigns—leveraging AI-driven optimization
Segment our audience based on behavior and purchase history for personalized customer experiences
Write compelling copy for email campaigns, product pages, and events that move buyers to action
Create and maintain content that supports seasonal events, product launches, and industry promotions
Update and enhance website pages using no-code platforms like Webflow and Squarespace
Design responsive email templates with HTML/CSS for seamless cross-device viewing
Integrate key marketing tools to ensure accurate campaign tracking and analytics
Analyze campaign performance and provide clear, actionable insights to improve results
Report on core metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion, customer retention) to drive continued growth
What You Bring
3-5 years of proven experience in email marketing, automation, or digital marketing roles
Hands-on background with ActiveCampaign, DealerSocket CRM (or similar), and AI-powered marketing tools
Demonstrated ability to write effective, conversion-focused copy and deploy data-driven strategies
Comfort with no-code web development platforms, especially Webflow, plus fluency in HTML/CSS
Familiarity with analytics platforms and KPIs tied to email and content marketing
Bonus Points
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field
Certifications in ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Google Analytics, or other marketing technologies
Previous experience in automotive, RV, or high-value retail industries
Advanced skills in AI marketing tools, automation, or web-based cross-channel integration
Understanding of dealership marketing cycles and seasonal consumer behavior
