Join Iridium, a leader in satellite communications, as a remote Front-End Webflow Developer. We are looking for a talented individual to enhance our digital presence using no-code solutions and Webflow expertise. You will play a vital role in modernizing our website and ensuring top-notch user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our Digital Communications team and vendors to redesign and enhance Iridium.com using Webflow.
• Ensure high-quality content management and adherence to SEO best practices to boost website visibility.
• Implement web governance policies, overseeing writing, file naming, and design asset compliance.
• Maintain site security in conjunction with our IT Security team.
• Develop, design, and maintain various web applications on the Iridium platform.
• Assist with server-side logic to support front-end functionality; identify and resolve site defects.
• Stay updated on emerging web technologies and tools for continuous improvement.
• Manage domain names and hosting services, ensuring optimal performance and accessibility compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of practical experience in Drupal website management, including custom module and theme development.
• Proficient in no-code platforms, specifically Webflow.
• Solid understanding of CMS, particularly Drupal, along with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and hosting environments.
• Basic UX/UI design knowledge; familiarity with tools like Figma is a plus.
• Experience with Git-based workflows, JIRA, and Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of SEO practices, Google Analytics, and performance optimization.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and ask for help when needed.
• Passionate about satellite communications or telecommunications is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AWS; certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices.
• Backend skills in PHP, Node.js, Python, or Ruby and frontend proficiency in frameworks like React or Vue.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) is highly beneficial.
• Drupal certification (Acquia Certified Developer) is advantageous.
