As part of our team, you will optimize our full-funnel digital strategy and elevate our brand's presence in the men's health and wellness sector.

What You’ll Do:

• Launch Paid Campaigns: Own and optimize Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram campaigns targeting high-intent B2C audiences.
• Build Funnels: Create compelling landing pages and booking funnels to maximize conversion rates.
• Write Emotional Copy: Craft empathetic messaging that speaks directly to the psychology of men dealing with ED.
• Measure Everything: Implement pixel tracking, GA4, and conversion dashboards; conduct structured testing to enhance performance.
• Own Marketing Automation: Develop nurture flows (email/SMS) using tools like ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or Klaviyo.
• Partner with Vendors: Manage creative, development, or CRO freelancers as required.
• Launch Local SEO Strategy: Optimize Google Business and review platforms to dominate local searches.
• Report Results: Deliver detailed dashboards and metrics to leadership on a weekly and monthly basis.

You’ll Thrive If You Have:

• 3–7 years of experience in performance marketing or growth for a DTC brand.
• Strong track record managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage advertising budgets of $30K–$100K/month.
• Experience in building funnels tailored for high-ticket B2C healthcare or wellness products.
• Solid knowledge of copywriting, split testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Proficiency in tools like GA4, Looker Studio, or Supermetrics.
• A growth mindset characterized by grit, curiosity, and a bias toward action.

• Background in men’s health, longevity, med spa, or sexual wellness.
• Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant marketing practices.
• Basic development skills in Webflow, Unbounce, or ClickFunnels.
