About Integrated Marketing Program Manager

Join SponsorUnited, a leading sports and entertainment technology platform, as an Integrated Marketing Program Manager. In this remote creative role, you will spearhead multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring effective coordination through our no-code tools and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Integrated Program Execution  
  • Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels.
  • Act as the hub connecting brand, creative, and product marketing teams.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

  1. Creative Briefing & Asset Production  
  • Draft clear creative briefs guiding content and design execution.
  • Direct the creative process to deliver assets like website relaunches, landing pages, and ads.
  • Enhance Sales Enablement materials including templates and collateral.

  1. Content Calendar & Channel Activation  
  • Maintain the centralized marketing calendar for campaigns, content, and thought leadership.
  • Coordinate across paid, owned, and earned channels for effective content delivery.
  • Manage the social media pipeline to amplify product narratives and insights.

  1. ABM & Field/Event Marketing Support  
  • Assist in executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to promote events and manage post-event follow-up.

  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration  
  • Partner with Product Marketing to execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Work with growth and event leads to maintain campaign coordination and visibility.
  • Proactively identify risks and address blockers during project execution.

  1. Performance Tracking & Process Optimization  
  • Support campaign performance tracking and documentation.
  • Identify areas for improving workflows and campaign coordination.
  • Leverage insights to optimize engagement and ROI.

Qualifications:

  • 5–7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within SaaS or high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage integrated campaigns across multiple teams and channels.
  • Strong creative writing skills with experience in multiple content formats.
  • Highly organized with a detail-oriented mindset and proficiency in using calendars and checklists.
  • Excellent communication skills with the capacity to navigate through ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools including Webflow, HubSpot, Asana, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
