We’re seeking a multi-disciplined web developer ready to own front and back-end development for a variety of high-traffic client and agency sites. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the latest in no-code and Webflow technologies, excited about remote creative jobs, and skilled in modern marketing and technical best practices.

Responsibilities

​

• Lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of our agency and client websites, delivering fast, user-centric, and visually engaging experiences
• Build functional prototypes for client feedback and turn ideas into live solutions
• Implement both front-end (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, React) and back-end (PHP, WordPress) web development projects
• Update and enhance existing sites, troubleshooting issues as needed
• Ensure all sites meet accessibility and SEO standards
• Stay ahead of industry shifts, supporting adoption of new tools like Webflow and no-code solutions
• Advise on project scope, time, and budget considerations to implement the best technical approach

Requirements

​

• Advanced experience with WordPress (custom themes and plugins) and PHP
• Strong skills in Shopify theme development
• Proficiency with Figma, semantic HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Comfortable with React and current web animation techniques
• Deep understanding of responsive web design, browser compatibility, and performance optimization
• Ability to build SEO-friendly websites with accessibility in mind (WCAG 2.2, Section 508)
• Familiarity with Git version control (ideally Git Flow workflow)
• Experience with modern web and design best practices

Bonus Skills

​

• Experience with HubSpot and relationship database systems (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
• Understanding of web security fundamentals
• Familiarity with UNIX command line, macOS, and C#/ASP.NET environments
• Hands-on knowledge of Webflow and other no-code platforms
• Experience creating accessible web applications
