Junior Full Stack Web Developer (Remote, US-Based)

As a rapidly growing leader in personal injury law, we’re searching for a Full Stack Web Developer to help us optimize and expand our online presence—with a special focus on lead generation, user experience, and marketing innovation.

This is a remote creative job ideal for candidates passionate about Webflow, no-code tools, and all things digital marketing.

What You’ll Do

​

Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketers to ensure brand consistency across digital projects

Build, optimize, and maintain high-performing web pages, landing pages, and campaign microsites using platforms like Webflow, WordPress, and no-code solutions (Unbounce, Jotform)

Integrate marketing and sales tools—including Salesforce, webforms, and marketing automation platforms—seamlessly into company sites

Ensure accurate tracking, analytics, and performance monitoring with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console

Optimize UX, accessibility, and conversion rates by developing and testing new web features, troubleshooting issues, and boosting site speed and security

Stay updated on web development best practices, SEO, and the latest no-code and marketing technologies

Continuously experiment to improve user engagement and lead generation funnels

What You’ll Need

​

2-5 years of experience as a web developer, ideally in a marketing, digital agency, or creative environment

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue) and backend (Node.js, PHP, or C#)

Strong experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Drupal, etc.) and no-code tools (Jotform, Unbounce)

Comfort implementing and optimizing webforms for lead generation, including data integrations and workflow automations

Solid understanding of SEO, web performance optimization, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console)

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote team setting

Strong eye for UX/UI, detail-oriented approach, and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Hands-on experience with A/B testing, landing page builders, web accessibility standards, or basic design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Optimizely)

Familiarity with third-party APIs and automation platforms
