What You'll Do

​

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for non-technical teams (GTM, G&A), including Customer Experience, Production, People Ops, Legal, and Finance
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, becoming a trusted hiring partner across departments
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to engage top talent—think beyond the typical channels to attract candidates with skills in marketing, no-code, and Webflow platforms
• Manage multiple requisitions efficiently, balancing speed with a best-in-class candidate experience
• Continuously optimize recruiting processes, tools, and reporting as the business scales
• Represent LILT and our mission with clarity, warmth, and professionalism in every candidate interaction

Who You Are

​

• Experience recruiting for G&A or GTM roles in a fast-paced, scaling tech or creative environment
• Resourceful, organized, and able to prioritize competing demands without losing sight of quality
• Excellent communicator who can collaborate with stakeholders and guide candidates through a seamless process
• Passionate about candidate experience and mission alignment, bringing our company virtues to every interaction
• Energized by a hybrid work environment (San Francisco-based; in office Mon–Wed) and in-person team culture

• Hands-on experience with Ashby ATS or similar recruiting tools
• Background recruiting for AI, SaaS, no-code, or localization-related businesses
• Understanding of early-stage hiring processes and creative, technical, or marketing-specific roles
