Digital Creative Director – Brand Marketing (Remote, US)
Join Precision AQ as our Digital Creative Director and shape the future of our digital and multimedia brand presence. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, this is an exciting opportunity for a multidisciplinary leader who’s passionate about creative strategy, hands-on production, and building strong, consistent brand experiences across all channels.
This role is perfect for those looking to blend strategic vision with hands-on digital execution—including building on Webflow, deploying no-code solutions, and collaborating across marketing, product, and sales. You’ll manage freelance talent and lay the foundation for a future in-house creative team, all while thriving in the growing landscape of remote creative jobs.
Responsibilities
— Lead the creative strategy and execution for all digital and multimedia marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals
— Concept, design, and build digital assets: websites, landing pages, interactive content, multimedia experiences (using Webflow, no-code tools, and more)
— Translate strategic marketing plans into engaging creative solutions that resonate with our core audiences
— Direct hands-on production of digital projects using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
— Produce multimedia content: motion graphics, videos, and interactive presentations
— Optimize creative outputs for performance, accessibility, and consistency across all formats
— Source, brief, and manage freelance designers, developers, and external creative vendors
— Oversee project quality control and ensure on-time delivery of outsourced work
— Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams on campaigns, product launches, and events
— Continuously evolve and maintain the Precision AQ visual identity across web, print, and internal communications
Requirements
— Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field
— 7+ years’ experience in digital design, creative direction, or multimedia production, with a portfolio that showcases both leadership and hands-on work
— Demonstrated ability to manage creative projects independently from concept to launch
— Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
— Experience managing freelance creatives and external vendors
— Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and digital accessibility standards
— Familiarity with CMS platforms like Webflow, HubSpot, or WordPress and marketing automation tools
— Bonus: Background in B2B marketing or agency environments; experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design
