Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer, service, and billing data in internal systems
• Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness; correct errors as needed
• Assist in preparing internal reports and compiling essential data
• Organize and manage digital and physical files using no-code tools and Webflow-integrated platforms
• Collaborate with team members to clarify details and resolve discrepancies
• Protect the confidentiality of sensitive information
• Provide general administrative and clerical support as required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in data entry, administration, or clerical work
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Skilled in time management and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience with CRM, HVAC software, no-code solutions, or Webflow is a plus
