We're searching for a creative, data-driven Demand Generation Manager to fuel our growth engine. You'll design and own campaigns, optimize for acquisition efficiency, and drive brand awareness—all while working with forward-thinking teams in a fast-growing startup. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns with a strong focus on paid acquisition (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience targeting, creative iteration, and bidding strategies for maximum ROI
- Measure, analyze, and report on campaign impact—building dashboards and delivering actionable insights that drive pipeline growth
- Partner with Sales and Product teams to align campaigns with ICP, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling ad copy, landing pages (leveraging Webflow/no-code tools), and high-converting collateral
- Launch growth experiments and explore new tactics, tools, and channels to identify scalable opportunities
Requirements
- 2–4 years' experience in demand generation, performance, or growth marketing (startup or high-growth environment preferred)
- Hands-on expertise running and optimizing paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar dashboard tools
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Clay) and enablement workflows
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and adapt quickly within a fast-paced, remote creative environment
Nice to Have
- Direct experience with Clay for prospecting, enrichment, or workflow automation
- Familiarity with Webflow, building high-converting landing pages, or managing CRO projects using no-code tools
- Exposure to SEO, geo-targeting, and content marketing strategies
- Background supporting sales development or revenue operations
