We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead our technical infrastructure across Shopify, Checkoutchamp, and no-code tools—delivering world-class customer experiences and powering rapid growth. Key Responsibilities

• Own the daily performance, QA, and tech stack for Shopify, Checkoutchamp, and connected no-code solutions
• Coordinate with developers to deliver and troubleshoot landing pages, funnels (VSLs, advertorials), and high-converting checkout flows
• Ensure backend reliability—manage SKU mapping, product availability, pricing, bundles, and merchandising logic across systems
• Implement and QA new product launches, sales campaigns, offer setups, and international storefronts (translations & localizations)
• Optimize integrations including Shopify Apps (Loox), payment gateways, Klaviyo, Webflow, and additional no-code marketing tools
• Monitor and resolve technical issues to guarantee seamless order processing and customer journeys
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and growth teams to influence launches and improve customer experience

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in DTC ecommerce, ideally in performance-driven remote creative jobs
• Advanced knowledge of Shopify and third-party integrations (Checkoutchamp experience is a strong plus)
• Deep familiarity with Webflow, Klaviyo, Loox, and leading no-code tools
• Proven track record in QA, operational reliability, and troubleshooting technical issues
• Skilled in dev coordination and technical project management
• Proactive problem-solver—anticipate issues and resolve them before customer impact
• Data-driven, with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, async, remote environments
• Bonus: German language skills
