We’re seeking a creative, tech-savvy Marketing Lead excited to strategize and execute across Webflow, no-code tools, and AI-driven marketing. If you thrive at the intersection of creativity, technology, and marketing—and want to shape the future of brand experiences—this is your opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Craft and own Recess’s brand story and messaging across all digital channels, ensuring alignment with sales, product, and leadership teams
- Lead and execute content marketing strategies: manage Webflow site updates, create lead magnets, newsletters, video, and podcasts
- Design and deliver product marketing campaigns, including positioning, go-to-market plans, and sales enablement materials
- Drive paid digital campaigns, collaborating with agency partners to optimize results across LinkedIn, Meta, and content syndication
- Plan and execute in-person experiential programs—conferences, community events, and HQ activations
- Partner with retail media networks, integrating Recess into their no-code marketing ecosystems and supporting RMN sales teams
- Oversee the marketing tech stack (Hubspot, Clay, Smartlead, HeyReach, Lindy, n8n, and Webflow) and reporting, establishing KPIs, budget, and analytics
- Innovate and implement AI-driven processes to optimize marketing efficiency, content creation, and scalability
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, especially within tech or CPG sectors
- Hands-on experience with no-code tools, Webflow website management, and modern marketing automation (Hubspot, n8n, etc.)
- Track record balancing marketing strategy and tactical execution at a fast-paced startup
- Expertise in content, channel, and product marketing
- Excellent writing skills with proven content portfolio (short and long-form)
- Data-driven: ability to set and analyze metrics for lead generation, campaign performance, and growth
- Strong collaborator with attention to detail, organization, and leadership skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
