Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Recess’s brand narrative and messaging across all channels—web, content, and campaigns—ensuring alignment with sales, product, and leadership
- Lead the content strategy and execution: website (Webflow), case studies, lead magnets, newsletters, videos, and podcasts
- Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies including positioning, messaging, go-to-market plans, and sales enablement materials
- Plan and optimize paid digital strategies using partners/agencies across LinkedIn, Meta, and content syndication
- Oversee in-person and digital experiential marketing programs—conferences, community events, and HQ activations
- Collaborate with retail media networks to deliver co-branded go-to-market campaigns
- Own and optimize our marketing tech stack (Hubspot, Webflow, no-code tools like n8n), manage analytics and reporting, and drive measurable growth
- Innovate and implement AI-driven processes to enhance efficiency and scale marketing efforts
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a tech or CPG-focused company
- Strong proficiency with Webflow, no-code platforms such as n8n, and modern marketing tools (Hubspot, Clay, Smartlead, HeyReach, Lindy)
- Proven ability to set strategic direction and execute hands-on marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated experience in content creation—both long-form and short-form—across varied media
- Expertise in lead generation, automation, paid ads, inbound, and email marketing
- Data-driven, comfortable setting and tracking KPIs to optimize performance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; collaborative and organized
- Startup mindset: ready to take ownership and wear multiple hats
