Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive international SEO roadmap
• Optimize crawling, indexation, and crawl budgets via robots.txt, CDN configurations, and removal of unwanted traffic
• Conduct technical audits and logarithmic file analyses for actionable insights
• Implement and maintain structured data (Schema.org), Hreflang, Canonical tags, and effective site architecture
• Enhance internal link and site structure for scalable growth
• Collaborate closely with Webflow developers, data analysts, and marketers in a multidisciplinary team
• Continuously optimize Core Web Vitals for performance and exceptional UX
• Drive topical authority with strategic link-building, relevant content, and high-impact campaigns
• Expand organic reach beyond search engines to AI overviews, social media, product listings, and marketplaces

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 2 years' experience in technical or strategic SEO roles
• Proven analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable improvements
• Robust knowledge of: technical SEO, crawling/indexation, structured data, site architecture, core web vitals, and no-code tools like Webflow
• Up-to-date understanding of shifts in search behavior, AI trends, and organic growth opportunities
• Experience working within diverse, international, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
