We’re currently seeking a talented Webflow & No-Code Web Developer to join our creative team. This remote creative job is ideal for professionals passionate about building dynamic, user-centered digital experiences using Webflow, no-code tools, and modern web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain websites using Webflow, no-code platforms, and best-in-class design practices
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and marketing specialists to deliver visually compelling, high-performing web experiences
• Build responsive, user-centric, and accessible applications for agency and client brands
• Rapidly prototype, iterate, and implement client feedback for new and existing sites
• Ensure web applications are optimized for SEO, site speed, and mobile performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, ensuring cross-browser/functionality consistency
• Stay ahead of trends in no-code, Webflow, and creative web development
• Estimate project timelines and communicate technical decisions effectively

Requirements

• Strong experience in Webflow and no-code website builders
• Advanced skills in PHP, WordPress (custom themes/plugins), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Proficiency with Shopify custom theme development
• Experience working with Figma and implementing UI/UX best practices
• Understanding of modern web design concepts, responsive and accessible design (WCAG 2.2 / Section 508)
• Familiarity with Git/Git Flow and version control tools
• Knowledge of web performance optimization and creating SEO-friendly websites
• Experience with cross-browser compatibility and debugging
• Team-focused with excellent communication and collaboration skills

• HubSpot or marketing automation experience
• Knowledge of database technologies: MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with macOS, Unix CLI, C#, ASP.NET
• Awareness of web security best practices
