About Sales Development Representative (SDR) - No-Code & Creative Team

Join Webflow's innovative team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and help drive our mission to empower creativity through no-code development. This remote creative job offers a unique opportunity to engage with prospects for Webflow Enterprise while promoting our industry-leading Website Experience Platform (WXP).

About the Role:

  • Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
  • 3 days per week in-office; Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
  • Travel up to 15% for onboarding and industry events
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent, Exempt
  • Compensation: $90,300 (including commissions)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to generate and manage an outbound lead pipeline.
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns via email, phone, and social media.
  • Qualify leads and maintain active engagement, identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Build rapport with potential clients, including senior executives.
  • Maintain CRM intelligence by logging activities and keeping Salesforce updated.
  • Refine messaging and prospecting techniques to improve lead generation.
  • Become a Webflow product expert, effectively communicating our no-code solutions.
  • Continuously enhance sales processes to support scaling efforts.

About You:

  • Minimum 1-year sales experience, ideally in SaaS.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop an outbound sales pipeline.
  • Comfort with CRM and sales engagement platforms.
  • High energy, strong communication skills, and a desire to achieve results.
  • Passion for Webflow and the no-code movement.
  • Collaborative team player exploring growth opportunities.
  • Curious about emerging technologies like AI.
  • Bonus: Fluency in Spanish or French in addition to English.
