About the Role

  • Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
  • 3 days in-office (Tuesday to Thursday)
  • Travel up to 15% for onboarding and industry events
  • Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Compensation:
  • On Target Earnings (OTE): $90,300, includes base salary and commissions

Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative, you will:

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to drive outbound lead generation through personalized outreach to key stakeholders.
  • Lead outbound prospecting efforts using email, phone, and social media (proficiency in phone and Zoom calls is essential).
  • Qualify leads, maintain engagement, and identify new opportunities for potential clients.
  • Establish relationships with various buyer levels, including senior executives.
  • Create and maintain a robust database of CRM intelligence using Salesforce.
  • Refine messaging and outreach techniques to improve results.
  • Work with Marketing and Operations teams to innovate successful lead generation campaigns.
  • Become a product expert in Webflow and effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Continuously assess and enhance sales processes to scale efficiently.
  • Attend onboarding and industry events as necessary (up to 15% travel).

About You

You will thrive in this role if you:

  • Have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, ideally in SaaS, managing high-quality outbound campaigns.
  • Possess a proven track record of developing and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Are comfortable with CRM and sales engagement platforms.
  • Exhibit high energy, dependability, and a proactive approach during phone and video calls.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts simply.
  • Are passionate about Webflow and the no-code movement.
  • Excel in cross-functional teams, contributing to overall success.
  • Approach challenges with curiosity and openness to growth, especially in emerging technologies like AI.
  • Bonus: Fluency in Spanish or French in addition to English is a plus.
