We’re looking for a creative, ABM-savvy Head of Growth Marketing to lead demand generation and revenue growth. If you thrive on data-driven marketing, excel in B2B, and want to shape breakthrough multi-channel campaigns, this role is for you. Bonus points if you’re passionate about Webflow, no-code solutions, and the evolving landscape of remote creative jobs.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement a robust demand generation framework that increases awareness, generates qualified leads, and drives sales for Samba products.
- Launch innovative, multi-channel campaigns spanning SEO, SEM, social ads, retargeting, display, email, ABM, and industry events.
- Take ownership of ABM strategy and execution—leveraging tools like 6Sense as well as Salesforce, Hubspot, and modern marketing automation platforms.
- Build and refine ideal customer profiles, personas, and targeted segments in collaboration with Sales and cross-functional teams.
- Lead a content plan mapping compelling copy and landing pages (Webflow and no-code tools a plus) to each stage of the buyer journey.
- Set KPIs and create insightful dashboards to track and optimize marketing performance, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
- Analyze the sales funnel, identify bottlenecks, and drive optimization for each stage, providing regular performance insights to leadership.
- Partner with Business Operations to streamline lead flows and enhance automation, ensuring seamless handoff to Sales.
- Explore and deploy AI-assisted marketing technologies to boost team efficiency and results while supporting remote creative workflows.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- On-site in San Francisco three days per week (potential for five days in the future).
- Advanced proficiency with B2B marketing platforms: 6Sense, Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Meta for Business, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Demonstrated success delivering creative new-user acquisition strategies and adapting across marketing functions.
- Extensive experience running digital demand/lead gen campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, display, email, ABM) and dashboard/reporting.
- Strong project management and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Skilled in translating marketing data into actionable, revenue-focused insights.
- Familiarity with Webflow and a passion for no-code tools (Webflow experience is a bonus).
- Constant curiosity about new marketing technology, including AI and automation, and how to apply them in remote creative jobs, growth, and demand generation.
