We’re searching for an innovative B2B Head of Growth Marketing to drive demand generation and accelerate revenue growth. Responsibilities
- Build and lead a best-in-class demand generation strategy to boost awareness, preference, and high-quality lead generation for Samba TV’s solutions.
- Design and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, retargeting, display, email marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and event initiatives.
- Own ABM planning and execution, leveraging platforms like 6Sense to guide targeted, data-driven B2B journeys.
- Partner with sales, product, and operations teams to define and refine ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, and segmentation strategies.
- Create and manage compelling content for each stage of the customer journey—including engaging ad copy and impactful landing pages using tools like Webflow and other no-code platforms.
- Establish KPIs and insightful dashboards to quantify campaign impact and revenue contribution.
- Analyze and optimize sales funnel performance, identifying conversion bottlenecks and uncovering growth opportunities.
- Regularly share key marketing insights and performance updates with stakeholders across the business.
- Collaborate with business operations to streamline lead flow, integrating and optimizing marketing automation tools such as 6Sense, Salesforce, Hubspot, and more.
- Champion the adoption of AI-assisted marketing tools to drive efficiency and measurable results.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 3+ days/week in our San Francisco office (with potential for more in the future).
- Expertise with 6Sense, Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Meta for Business, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling demand generation and lead acquisition campaigns across digital channels.
- ABM specialist with a proven track record in B2B marketing strategy and execution.
- Strong project management skills and a creative, problem-solving approach.
- Experience building measurement frameworks and reporting dashboards that link marketing activity to revenue.
- Familiarity with Webflow or no-code tools to develop, test, and optimize landing pages—you don’t have to be a developer, but a creative no-code mindset is a plus.
- Passion for new marketing technologies, especially AI-driven growth solutions.
