Head of Growth Marketing, Demand Generation

We’re seeking an inspiring and strategic Head of Growth Marketing to drive B2B demand generation, sales revenue, and brand presence. Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that creates preference for Samba TV products, generates qualified leads, and fuels revenue growth.
- Launch innovative, multi-channel campaigns—including SEO, SEM, display ads, retargeting, email, ABM, and live events—to boost audience awareness, engagement, and intent.
- Lead account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives using platforms like 6Sense, orchestrating seamless alignment between sales and marketing throughout the customer journey.
- Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to define customer profiles, develop targeted segments, and nurture leads at every stage.
- Oversee creation of high-impact content—including ad copy and optimized landing pages (with Webflow and no-code tools)—mapped to each buyer persona and stage of the journey.
- Establish KPIs and deliver insightful reporting with dashboards that clearly tie marketing efforts to revenue outcomes.
- Analyze sales funnel stages to spot bottlenecks, optimize conversion paths, and share actionable insights with stakeholders at every level.
- Collaborate with Business Operations to streamline lead flow, integrating and enhancing tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and 6Sense.
- Explore and deploy AI-driven and no-code marketing solutions to drive efficiency and results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Ability to work on-site in San Francisco at least 3 days per week; may move to 5 days in the future.
- Mastery of 6Sense, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta for Business, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proven experience leading successful demand generation campaigns across digital and creative channels: display, social, SEM, SEO, email, and ABM.
- Creative thinker with a track record in user acquisition, adaptable to multiple roles within a fast-moving creative/tech environment.
- Exceptional project management and analytical skills; expertise in building performance dashboards that highlight marketing’s revenue impact.
- Hands-on familiarity with Webflow and no-code tools is a strong plus.
- Passionate about evolving marketing technologies, including AI-assisted solutions.
