We're searching for a Head of Growth Marketing with deep expertise in demand generation to accelerate our B2B sales pipeline. Responsibilities

​

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive demand generation strategy that drives brand preference and generates quality leads to support revenue growth.
• Design and roll out creative, ABM-focused campaigns across channels including SEO, SEM, paid social, display, email, events, and retargeting.
• Own account-based marketing initiatives using platforms like 6Sense, orchestrating targeted actions throughout the B2B customer journey.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Analytics teams to create and refine ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, and segmented audiences.
• Build a content roadmap that aligns compelling ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets to each stage of the customer journey—Webflow experience is a plus for landing page optimization.
• Establish and monitor KPIs using dashboards to measure the impact of demand gen campaigns on revenue and lead pipeline health.
• Continuously analyze the sales funnel, identifying and resolving conversion bottlenecks while communicating actionable insights to leadership.
• Partner with Business Operations to streamline lead management processes and ensure seamless integration of marketing automation tools like 6Sense, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
• Explore and implement AI-powered and no-code marketing technologies to optimize performance and team agility.

Requirements

​

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Currently required onsite in San Francisco three days per week (may increase to five days).
• Advanced proficiency with 6Sense, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta for Business, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Demonstrated track record in driving creative user acquisition and leading multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies: SEO, SEM, display, social ads, ABM, and email marketing.
• Proven project management and problem-solving skills, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Skilled at building performance dashboards and measurement frameworks that clearly tie marketing activity to revenue outcomes.
• Knowledge of Webflow or similar no-code platforms is a significant plus.
• Passion for experimenting with emerging marketing tech, including AI-assisted tools, to drive continued growth.
