About the Role:

• Location: Remote-first (United States)
• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Compensation Structure: Tailored cash compensation based on your geographic location and experience. 
• Zone A: $147,500 - $206,000
• Zone B: $138,000 - $193,000
• Zone C: $130,000 - $181,000
• Bonus Eligibility: Participate in Webflow’s performance-based bonus program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Team Management:  
• Lead and mentor the IT operations team to provide outstanding service delivery.  
• Foster a culture promoting collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation.
• Develop performance metrics and training programs.
• Operational Oversight:  
• Ensure day-to-day IT operations run smoothly, focusing on system availability and performance.
• Define and track KPIs related to service delivery and user experience.
• Manage IT Asset Management across the organization.
• Strategy and Planning:  
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define IT operations strategy and roadmap.
• Align IT operations with business objectives and scalability initiatives.
• Process Optimization:  
• Develop best practices for IT service management and delivery.
• Drive automation and digital transformation efforts.
• Business Fundamentals:  
• Manage IT operations budgets and resource allocation.
• Drive technical execution for IT projects, ensuring minimal disruption.

About You:

• Requirements:  
• 7+ years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure within fast-paced environments.  
• 3+ years of experience leading high-performing IT teams.
• Proficient in ITIL principles and service management tools.
• Key Skills:  
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with automation platforms like Terraform and Workato.
• Comfortable resolving technical problems, especially in systems administration and IAM.
