Summary

We're seeking a Senior Webflow Developer to join our Growth Team. This is more than a traditional web development role—you'll be a strategic no-code specialist building high-impact, scalable web experiences that drive user acquisition and retention. Responsibilities

• Lead Web Innovation: Architect, develop, and optimize advanced Webflow projects, focusing on large-scale features and performance.
• Drive Growth: Design and iterate high-velocity A/B tests, CRO experiments, and new landing pages to maximize conversion and key business metrics.
• Strategic Collaborator: Serve as the crucial bridge between web development, engineering, and marketing, leading technical initiatives and mentoring junior developers.
• Integrate AI & APIs: Leverage engineering AI tools and APIs to automate workflows and create dynamic, personalized content.
• Optimize for SEO: Ensure top-tier SEO, web performance, and scalable, clean Webflow structures across all projects.
• Own Projects: Independently scope, execute, and analyze end-to-end web and no-code projects, providing actionable insights from data.

Requirements

• 7+ years of web development (with significant Webflow and no-code expertise)
• Demonstrated leadership delivering growth-driven website enhancements
• Advanced skills in Webflow, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end development
• Experience with APIs, React, SEO best practices, and web analytics
• Proven track record with conversion optimization and marketing tech
• Strong collaborator, technical mentor, and clear communicator
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven remote creative environment

• Competitive salary: $93,000–$125,000 base + equity + bonus
