We’re searching for a Senior Webflow Developer to shape our growth initiatives and deliver impactful, no-code web experiences that drive user acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead Webflow Projects: Architect, develop, and optimize complex web experiences using Webflow and no-code tools, focusing on business growth.
• Drive CRO & Growth: Launch, manage, and iterate on high-velocity growth experiments to boost user activation, engagement, and key metrics.
• Bridge Teams: Collaborate between marketing, web, and engineering teams; provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
• Innovate with No-Code & AI: Integrate AI tools and APIs to automate workflows and create dynamic, scalable web solutions.
• Enhance Performance & SEO: Implement best practices in web performance, analytics, and search optimization, ensuring top-tier user experiences.
• Project Ownership: Independently scope, execute, and analyze full-cycle web projects with actionable insights based on data.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-stack web development, with a proven track record in Webflow and no-code platforms
• Expert-level skills in Webflow, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and custom front-end coding
• Experience with APIs, React, web performance, SEO, and analytics
• Growth-oriented, with experience running data-driven A/B and CRO experiments
• Strong technical leadership—mentoring, code review, and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to work autonomously, balancing speed and quality in a remote creative job setting
• Based in Western US time zones, available for in-office collaboration 2–3 times per quarter
