Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative SEO strategies to drive organic growth for behavioral health, substance abuse, and mental health services
• Lead keyword research, clustering, and optimization tailored to healthcare and addiction recovery
• Collaborate with content, design (Webflow), and no-code development teams to craft engaging, compliance-ready sites and landing pages
• Oversee NLP-optimized content briefs and structured data strategies for medical SEO
• Conduct technical and content site audits, resolve crawl/indexing issues, and enhance Core Web Vitals
• Utilize leading AI/ML tools (Surfer SEO, MarketMuse, Clearscope, Frase) for content ideation and in-depth SEO audits
• Build a robust backlink acquisition plan centered on authority and healthcare compliance
• Monitor, analyze, and report KPIs using Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and related tools
• Stay current with search algorithm updates, healthcare SEO best practices, and Google E-E-A-T guidelines
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with content, clinical, and executive teams to align SEO and mission

Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on SEO experience in behavioral health, addiction recovery, or mental health sectors
• Demonstrated results scaling SEO in regulated, compliance-heavy markets
• Strong grasp of technical SEO—ranking factors, structured data, YMYL content
• Proficiency with AI-powered SEO platforms and modern marketing analytics tools
• Track record managing or mentoring organic search/content teams
• Excellent communicator able to connect creative SEO with broader business objectives
• Passion for using no-code and Webflow to drive creative and technical execution (experience a plus!)
