About the Role
As a Solutions Engineer at Stigg, you’ll be the technical link between enterprise customers and our internal teams—helping define how global brands implement and maximize the value of our platform. Collaborate directly with Sales, Product, and Engineering while supporting prospects through demos, technical discovery, proof-of-value (POV), and solution design. You'll help scale processes that enable creative, no-code teams across industries to experiment with pricing, feature access, and SaaS integrations effortlessly.
This hybrid role is based in Williamsburg, NYC, with a flexible remote work policy (3 days in-office recommended for collaboration).

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales to uncover customer needs and tailor Stigg’s technical solutions for SaaS, no-code, and Webflow-centric teams
- Lead technical discovery sessions, translating requirements into actionable POV criteria
- Deliver compelling demos, API walkthroughs, live coding, and technical workshops
- Bridge the gap between product, engineering, and sales to ensure seamless feature integrations
- Overcome technical objections, building confidence around implementing Stigg in modern cloud stacks
- Support fast, successful onboarding and smooth transitions to post-sales teams
- Capture customer feedback and advocate for new features in product roadmap discussions

Requirements
Technical Skills:
- 1+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role
- Strong background in APIs, SaaS platforms, and cloud architecture (AWS, Google Cloud)
- Comfortable creating solutions for complex use cases involving APIs and SDKs
- Experience with integrating third-party SDKs/APIs, ideally in products for the no-code or creative industries
Communication & Customer Focus:
- Clear communicator who can break down technical concepts for non-technical audiences (marketing, product, design)
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
- Passion for solving customer problems, especially within Webflow and no-code communities
Mindset:
- Entrepreneurial drive and process-builder mentality—thrives in fast-paced, remote-first creative jobs
- Proactive in identifying solutions and advocating for customers
- Eagerness to grow with a startup scaling rapidly
Bonus:
- Experience with monetization, billing, or SaaS pricing models
