Digital Design Coordinator at Terrible's (Las Vegas, NV)

What You’ll Do
- Partner with marketing, operations, and development teams to deliver engaging and on-brand digital solutions.
- Design and implement visuals across digital platforms including websites, mobile apps, email campaigns, digital ads, and social media.
- Use tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and Webflow to craft high-quality digital assets.
- Manage project timelines and resources, ensuring deadlines are met and standards are upheld.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay updated on digital and marketing trends, bringing new ideas and no-code solutions to the table.
- Mentor team members and collaborate with outside vendors or freelancers as projects require.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, HCI, or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in digital design, ideally with marketing or creative agencies.
- Expertise with design and prototyping tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.).
- Hands-on experience building and customizing web assets using WordPress, Webflow, or other web design and no-code platforms.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, along with a strong command of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and how they impact design, content structure, and website performance.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A portfolio showcasing standout digital design work and creative strategy.
Additional Details
- This position does not include direct supervisory responsibilities.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to comply with licensing requirements as needed by local, state, or federal regulations.
Physical & Work Environment
- Role will be based in Las Vegas, NV, with flexibility to work remotely as business needs allow—ideal for candidates seeking hybrid or remote creative jobs.
- You should be able to occasionally lift or move objects up to 50 pounds and safely navigate standard office or marketing environments.
- Our workplace is generally moderate in noise but may sometimes expose you to secondhand tobacco smoke.
