Web Designer At Brand Vision Marketing

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our dynamic in-house team. As a Web Designer at Brand Vision Marketing, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and building engaging websites for our diverse roster of clients. You will work closely with our branding, development, and marketing teams to ensure all designs are visually stunning, user-focused, and aligned with client goals.

Responsibilities:

• Design websites with a focus on aesthetics, usability, and functionality
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes based on project goals and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with content, SEO, and development teams to create seamless web experiences
• Ensure websites are responsive, optimized for performance, and aligned with best UX/UI practices
• Maintain and update websites as needed, ensuring ongoing accuracy and functionality
• Conduct quality assurance (QA) and browser/device compatibility testing
• Present design concepts and iterations to internal teams and clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience in web design (portfolio required)
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, design systems, and accessibility standards
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of branding and how it translates into effective web design

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Webflow
• Experience with WordPress and Elementor
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience in logo design and other brand collateral

Location: This position is in-office at Sheppard and Don Valley Parkway, Toronto.
