Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Website Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of web projects, including content updates and new page creations, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.
• Content Posting & Updates: Regularly update and manage content across multiple websites, adhering to SEO best practices and ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Optimization: Collaborate with CRO and SEO teams to enhance site performance and conversion rates, continuously implementing data-driven improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, product, design, and development teams for a seamless web experience.
• Web Analytics & Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics and SEO tools to track performance and generate insights for ongoing improvement.
• Technical Collaboration: Troubleshoot basic website issues in partnership with web developers to ensure optimal user experience.

Your Experience and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in web production, preferably in a B2B technology setting.
• Proficiency in WordPress and HubSpot for effective content management.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and other SEO/CRO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMRush, VWO).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple websites effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with a proactive approach to collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
