About the Role
This is a full-time, hands-on position for a talented Brand & Website Designer with strong Webflow, no-code, and frontend development skills. If you excel at building beautiful web experiences, developing brand visuals across platforms, and thrive in innovative, fast-paced environments focused on remote creative jobs, we’d love to connect.

Key Responsibilities
Website Design & Development
- Lead end-to-end website projects: from ideation and wireframes in Figma, to responsive Webflow sites ready for launch
- Build custom Webflow components, page animations, and interactions (plus HTML/CSS/JavaScript coding where needed)
- Ensure websites are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance across all devices
- Create landing pages and conversion-driven campaign sites for sales and marketing teams, integrating tools such as Webflow, Hubspot, and Zapier
- Drive QA processes for all digital products
Brand & Visual Design
- Own and evolve Lawtrades’ visual identity, tone of voice, and brand guidelines across digital and print channels
- Design high-impact assets: social media graphics, infographics, slide decks, banners, business cards, merchandise, and more
- Support product launches with motion design, animated reels, demo walkthroughs, and video edits
- Maintain brand consistency across marketing, product, sales, and internal culture
- Collaborate closely with sales and social media teams to review and revise branded content as needed
- Update and enhance our help center design

Requirements
- 1+ year of experience designing and developing responsive websites in Webflow (portfolio required)
- Proficiency with Figma for high-fidelity wireframes and prototyping
- Strong frontend coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience across both digital and print design (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign)
- Motion design skills (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Strong eye for typography, color, and layout
- Excellent organizational, planning, and communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and self-motivation; able to own projects from concept to launch

- Experience integrating generative AI into design workflows
