Join our vibrant Marketing Department as a Webflow Designer and play a pivotal role in our website redesign and rebranding initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity in a remote creative job where your expertise in no-code tools will shine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full redesign and rebranding of our company website, from planning and wireframing to launch.
• Utilize your graphic design skills to produce engaging digital content, support marketing campaigns, and enhance internal communications.
• Maintain, update, and optimize the website after launch, ensuring content accuracy, performance, and branding consistency.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and IT teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy, messaging, and business objectives.
• Design visually impactful, user-friendly layouts that enhance user experience and reinforce our brand’s presence.
• Create branded templates and creative visuals to support internal communications.
• Ensure visual consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
• Stay updated on design trends, UX best practices, and emerging no-code technologies to keep our brand competitive.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in website design, development coordination, and ongoing site maintenance.
• Proficient in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and web design platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar).
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and mobile-responsive design.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for layout, color, and typography.
• Excellent project management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
