Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full redesign and rebranding of our company website, from planning and wireframing to launch.
- Utilize your graphic design skills to produce engaging digital content, support marketing campaigns, and enhance internal communications.
- Maintain, update, and optimize the website after launch, ensuring content accuracy, performance, and branding consistency.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and IT teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy, messaging, and business objectives.
- Design visually impactful, user-friendly layouts that enhance user experience and reinforce our brand’s presence.
- Create branded templates and creative visuals to support internal communications.
- Ensure visual consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Stay updated on design trends, UX best practices, and emerging no-code technologies to keep our brand competitive.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in website design, development coordination, and ongoing site maintenance.
- Proficient in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and web design platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar).
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and mobile-responsive design.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for layout, color, and typography.
- Excellent project management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
