Compensation:

Pay Range:$29.40-$42.00/Hrs

Description:

• Join a creative team to design and develop using a web development platform.

• Manage and optimize digital experiences to enhance user experience.

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure brand consistency and best practices.

• Document and maintain development guidelines ensuring accessibility compliance.

• Propose and implement website improvements based on data and trends.

• Support quality assurance across various devices and screen sizes.

• Stay updated on platform features and suggest enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage web components and design systems.

• Implement templates and translate requirements into user interfaces.

• Collaborate with teams to refine user experience.

• Document best practices and ensure performance and accessibility.

• Suggest improvements based on data and trends.

• Support testing across different platforms.

• Contribute to governance model and platform improvements.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience with web development platforms and CMS.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.

• Understanding of design systems and user experience principles.

• Proficiency in design software and CMS workflows.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
