Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain SharePoint environments, ensuring efficient collaboration and document management using no-code techniques.
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to understand needs and implement effective SharePoint solutions.
- Configure, customize, and troubleshoot SharePoint, developing user workflows to improve efficiency and performance.
- Enforce security compliance, manage user permissions, and implement updates and patches to enhance system integrity.
- Create and manage SharePoint sites, ensuring optimal organization of content through libraries and lists.
- Design and maintain automated workflows to streamline business processes, integrating no-code solutions wherever possible.
- Monitor SharePoint performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize systems for maximum efficiency.
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity for SharePoint data.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in SharePoint architecture and administration, with experience in cloud-based environments.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and providing technical support, ensuring effective resolution of issues.
- Familiarity with PowerShell for scripting, IIS, SQL Server, XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Understanding of security best practices and compliance, specifically related to data protection in SharePoint environments.
Desired Qualifications:
- 8 to 10 years of experience with a BS/BA; 6 to 8 years with a graduate degree.
- Microsoft 365 certifications, including Fundamentals and Enterprise Administrator Expert.
- Microsoft Certified Professional in SharePoint Server or equivalent certifications.
Compensation:
- Salary ranging from $120,000 to $170,000 (specific to the Maryland area).
