About the Role

We’re searching for a creative, detail-oriented Webflow Email & Landing Page Designer to own the end-to-end design of high-converting emails, landing pages, and digital campaigns. This is an ideal opportunity for a hybrid designer-builder who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and leverages no-code tools to bring bold brand concepts to life.

You'll be central to Cleo's growth and lifecycle campaigns, working alongside engineers, copywriters, and marketers to deliver seamless digital experiences—whether remote or in our vibrant NYC (or London) office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, prototyping, and build of high-impact emails, landing pages, microsites, and creative assets using Webflow, no-code platforms, or light code.
• Create modular, scalable CRM and web design systems for rapid iteration and brand consistency.
• Take briefs from strategy to execution, owning creative direction and outcomes.
• Use Figma, Webflow, and Adobe Creative Suite for wireframes, layouts, and component libraries.
• Leverage data and analytics to refine UX, visual hierarchy, and performance for engagement and conversion.
• Ensure responsive, accessible, and mobile-first designs, mindful of best practices for both email and web.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams while confidently leading visual storytelling.
• Support additional creative studio projects as needed.
• Own timelines, communication, and quality control within a remote creative jobs team.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ hands-on digital design experience, ideally at consumer tech brands or startups.
• Proven portfolio of strategic and visually engaging emails, landing pages, and web campaigns.
• Advanced Figma skills (layout, prototyping, component libraries) plus working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated experience with Webflow, Framer, or other no-code platforms for building, testing, and iterating landing pages.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS—especially for email and responsive design. JavaScript knowledge is a bonus.
• Familiarity with email platforms (e.g., Customer.io, Beefree) and performance/CRO tools (like Hotjar, Optimizely, VWO).
• Deep grasp of UX/UI, conversion funnels, and accessibility standards.
• Brand-driven creative thinker who partners closely with copy and marketing teams.
• Confident, fast, and thoughtful communicator, able to defend design decisions.
• Bonus: Experience with animation, CMS integrations, or advanced no-code automations.
