Business Development Representative  

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office) | Full-time

About the Role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers exploring Webflow’s no-code tools. You’ll manage inbound leads, engage with modern marketing teams, and help fuel the growth of our sales pipeline. This is a hybrid role based in Chicago, IL, with in-person onboarding in San Francisco, and offers the chance to collaborate with a team that’s pioneering remote creative jobs and the next wave of web development.

What You'll Do

  • Make a memorable first impression for enterprise prospects interested in Webflow’s web design and no-code solutions
  • Qualify inbound leads, stay engaged with new and existing contacts, and identify high-potential sales opportunities
  • Partner with the Demand Generation team to continuously enhance lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline growth
  • Log activities, update data, and track all interactions using Salesforce CRM
  • Become a Webflow expert—articulate our value proposition, educate prospects, and champion the benefits of no-code web development
  • Propose and help implement improvements to sales processes, with a focus on scale and efficiency
  • Travel up to 15% (primarily for onboarding, team events, and industry conferences)

Who You Are

  • You have relevant work or academic experience that translates to SaaS sales, business development, or marketing
  • Adept at meeting and exceeding sales targets—you're a relationship-builder, problem-solver, and thrive in metric-driven environments
  • Comfortable with (or eager to learn) CRM and sales engagement tech; you’re passionate about creative technology and new digital tools
  • Determined, persistent, and resilient, with an entrepreneurial “hunter” mentality
  • Exceptional communicator—able to explain complex concepts simply and convincingly
  • Excited about Webflow’s mission and the no-code revolution
  • Team player with experience working cross-functionally
  • Open to coaching, mentorship, and exploring new skillsets—especially as they relate to emerging tech such as AI
  • Bonus: Fluency in Spanish or French
