Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Webflow (Chicago, Hybrid)

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who’s energized by engaging prospects and opening doors for our growing Enterprise team. If you’re passionate about the no-code movement, web technology, and making an impact through creative sales strategies, this could be the perfect remote creative job for you.
What You’ll Do
- Drive pipeline growth by collaborating with Account Executives to identify and engage key prospects across enterprise organizations
- Lead outbound prospecting—reach out via email, phone, Zoom, and social channels to connect with stakeholders and potential clients
- Qualify leads, manage active engagement, and identify new sales opportunities for Webflow’s Enterprise platform
- Build relationships at every level, including senior executives
- Accurately update and maintain CRM details and intelligence in Salesforce
- Help refine our sales messaging and prospecting techniques
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Operations to launch and iterate on innovative lead generation campaigns
- Become a Webflow product expert—convey our value and story to potential customers
- Contribute to process improvements and scaling successful sales practices
- Travel up to 15% for onboarding, industry events, and offsites
Who You Are
- Minimum 1 year sales experience, ideally in SaaS, with proven outbound prospecting results
- Skilled at developing and managing an outbound pipeline
- Comfortable using (or learning) CRM and engagement tools such as Salesforce
- High energy, results-driven, and a self-motivated team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to simplify complex ideas
- Excited about Webflow’s mission, remote creative jobs, and the no-code future
- Able to work collaboratively across teams, adapt quickly, and thrive in an evolving environment
- Eager to learn and leverage emerging tools—especially AI—to move faster and scale impact
- Bonus: Professional fluency in Spanish or French, in addition to English

Work Location & Schedule

- Full-time, permanent position, reporting to the Manager of Sales Development
