We’re looking for a strategic Senior Sales Sourcer, GTM to join our remote-first team for a six-month contract. In this role, you’ll help us find and engage top sales talent, supporting our growth in the world of no-code and web technologies.

What You’ll Do

​

• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define sourcing strategies and understand hiring goals for sales roles.
• Lead creative outbound sourcing campaigns to connect with passive candidates across the US and Canada.
• Review inbound applications, screen candidates, and assess qualifications through initial phone interviews.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience by communicating clearly, setting expectations, and providing feedback.
• Share market insights, pipeline updates, and suggestions to strengthen our recruiting tactics.
• Track and report on sourcing activities, ensuring an efficient and high-quality hiring funnel.
• Collaborate with our Talent team to identify areas for growth, supported by emerging technology like AI.

Who You Are

​

• 4+ years of experience sourcing for sales roles at different levels, ideally in fast-paced, creative or SaaS environments.
• Strong track record of outbound sourcing campaigns and relationship building with passive candidates.
• Expertise in candidate screening and presenting qualified prospects to hiring teams.
• Effective at balancing inbound volume with targeted, proactive outreach.
• Committed to championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in every stage of sourcing.
• Adaptable, collaborative, and responsive to shifting priorities.
• Curious and growth-oriented, eager to stay current with AI and web technology trends that drive creativity and impact.

Compensation

​

Our cash compensation aligns with the cost of labor by location. Your specific offer will depend on geographic zone, experience, and skillset.

​

United States:

• Zone A: $115,000 – $155,500 USD
• Zone B: $108,000 – $146,000 USD
• Zone C: $101,500 – $137,000 USD

​

Canada (ON & BC):

• $131,000 – $176,500 CAD

​
