Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain our main website, landing pages, and marketing webforms in Webflow and other no-code platforms
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, marketers, and content creators to launch high-impact web experiences that elevate our brand
• Build, update, and test Webflow sites, microsites, and campaign pages to support lead generation
• Integrate marketing tools (Salesforce, Jotform, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.) for seamless data flow and user insights
• Maintain site performance: ensure speed, security, responsiveness, and UX excellence
• Implement A/B tests, conversion experiments, and performance improvements using tools like Unbounce and Optimizely
• Ensure SEO best practices and proper tracking across all web properties
• Troubleshoot and solve bugs, while proactively identifying optimization opportunities
• Stay current on web development trends, no-code tools, and marketing technologies

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a Web Developer, ideally within a marketing-driven, fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated expertise with Webflow and other no-code or low-code platforms
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and working with APIs
• Familiarity with CMS systems (WordPress, Webflow, Drupal)
• Hands-on experience with webform tools (Jotform), Google Analytics, Tag Manager
• Skilled in building, optimizing, and deploying landing pages and microsites (e.g., Unbounce, Optimizely)
• Strong understanding of SEO and web performance optimization
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for UX/UI and design (Figma, Adobe XD experience is a plus)
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly with non-technical teammates
• Located within the United States and able to work EST hours (remote creative jobs eligible)
