Collaborate with talented teammates and build innovative solutions serving leading brands—all from our Indianapolis office or your own remote workspace.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain client websites using Webflow, WordPress, and no-code tools
• Craft visually compelling, user-centric, and responsive web applications
• Build and iterate functional prototypes for stakeholder feedback
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize websites for performance and SEO
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, strategists, and marketers
• Implement best practices for accessibility and web standards
• Stay up to date on new technologies and industry trends in no-code and Webflow
• Execute OOP and modern front-end/back-end development techniques
• Scope, estimate, and deliver projects on time and within budget

Requirements

• Professional experience in Webflow and other no-code platforms
• Advanced skills in WordPress (custom themes/plugins) and Shopify
• Strong command of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Experience with Figma for design collaboration
• Familiarity with React and web animation libraries
• Ability to implement SEO best practices and optimize website performance
• Understanding of responsive and cross-browser web design
• Experience with Git, Git Flow, and version control
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 / Section 508)
• Bonus: HubSpot, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Unix CLI, C#, ASP.NET
