Role Overview

We’re searching for a creative and multi-disciplined Web Developer with strong expertise in Webflow, no-code platforms, and modern web technologies. You’ll lead the development and optimization of agency and client websites, focusing on UX/UI excellence, performance, and scalability. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are passionate about remote creative jobs and enjoy working across both frontend and backend stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain responsive websites using Webflow, WordPress, and no-code tools
• Rapidly prototype and present functional web concepts for client feedback
• Develop user-centric, visually compelling, and high-performance web applications
• Update and enhance existing client websites, ensuring brand consistency
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve bugs and technical challenges
• Stay current with emerging web technologies, no-code platforms, and marketing best practices
• Apply object-oriented programming techniques and optimize web performance and SEO
• Provide accurate time and budget estimates, balancing quality with project requirements
• Collaborate with creative, development, and marketing teams on project planning and execution

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency with Webflow and no-code solutions
• Extensive experience with WordPress and custom theme/plugin development
• Solid understanding of PHP, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Experience with Figma and modern UX/UI/IA methodologies
• Familiarity with responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, and web animation
• Knowledge of SEO, web accessibility (WAI-ARIA / WCAG 2.2), and web performance optimization
• Strong grasp of Git and modern development workflows
• Exposure to React, Shopify, Hubspot, and database technologies (MySQL/PostgreSQL) is a plus
• Desire to create accessible and secure web experiences
• Bonus: Unix CLI familiarity, C# and ASP.NET experience, macOS skills
