Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to understand customer needs and tailor Stigg's no-code and Webflow-compatible solutions
- Lead technical discovery sessions, defining clear evaluation criteria for Proof of Value (POV) processes
- Deliver engaging demos, API walkthroughs, live coding sessions, and technical workshops for clients
- Act as the critical link between product, engineering, and sales teams, ensuring smooth integration into customer architectures
- Address technical questions and objections confidently, ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption
- Gather customer feedback to help shape our product roadmap and drive technical innovation
Requirements
Technical Acumen:
- 1+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role
- Experience with APIs, SaaS, cloud platforms, and no-code tools like Webflow
- Hands-on skills integrating 3rd-party SDKs/APIs and working in complex customer environments
Communication Skills:
- Ability to explain sophisticated technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong demo, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Customer-First Mindset:
- Comfortable supporting engineers and creative teams through pre-sales and implementation
- Passionate about building meaningful solutions that solve creative and technical challenges
- Proactive listener and advocate for customer needs
Entrepreneurial Spirit:
- Thrive in fast-paced, startup environments—constantly looking to improve processes
- Bold, creative thinker with a builder mentality
Preferred:
- Experience with Webflow, no-code platforms, or product monetization strategies
- Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, payments, or billing domains
- Previous success at a fast-growing SaaS or marketing technology startup
