Website Designer – Full-Time/Part-Time
Location: Oakville, Ontario (Remote or Hybrid options available)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Website Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites for our business ventures, which include real estate, immigration consultancy, and other service-oriented platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design modern, clean, responsive websites using WordPress, Webflow, Wix, or custom code.
- Customize Elementor/Divi/other page builders based on branding requirements.
- Collaborate on UI/UX strategy to ensure optimal user experience.
- Optimize websites for SEO, loading speed, and mobile responsiveness.
- Maintain and update websites regularly, including adding blog posts, listings, and new pages.
- Work closely with the marketing team to integrate social media, lead capture forms, and analytics tools.
- Troubleshoot bugs, update plugins/themes, and maintain site security.
- Assist in content uploading, image editing, and site testing.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a web designer or in a similar role (Portfolio required).
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Canva.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript; WordPress and Elementor are a must.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
- Knowledge of SEO basics, Google Analytics, and web optimization tools.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
✅ Preferred:
- Knowledge of real estate or immigration business domains is a plus.
- Experience in designing CRM-integrated or multilingual websites.
- Familiarity with video embedding, blogs, and newsletter signup forms.
- Basic graphic design skills for banners, sliders, and social media visuals.

Compensation:
- Competitive and negotiable based on experience and project scope.
